Remote Support

Let us connect to your PC and diagnose the issue remotely — fast and secure.

Remote Support is available to request via the Support Form above.

If you're experiencing an issue with your Playtech PC, one of the fastest ways we can help is by connecting remotely and diagnosing the problem directly. We use a professional monitoring and remote support tool called Atera to do this safely.

Installing the Atera agent takes less than a minute and allows our technicians to:

  • Remotely connect to your PC to diagnose and fix issues
  • Monitor your system health (CPU, RAM, hard drive status, updates)
  • Spot potential issues before they become bigger problems
  • Apply Windows updates and security patches remotely

Privacy note: The Atera agent does not access your personal files, emails, photos, or passwords. It monitors system health only. All data is encrypted with AES-256 — the same standard used by banks.

Step 1: Contact us first Lodge a support ticket above or call us on (09) 415-1020. Our team will confirm a remote session time and send you a personalised installer link by email.
Step 2: Download & run the installer Click the personalised link we send you. Run the small installer file — it takes under 60 seconds and your PC does not need to restart.
Step 3: We connect and get to work Once installed, our technician can remotely access your machine at the agreed time. You can watch everything we do on screen in real time, and disconnect us at any point.
