Data Backup

Please note: Playtech takes no responsibility for loss of data during service operations - due to the nature of technical repairs we recommend backing up your data before dropping off your device with us, or talking to our staff about backup services before a repair is attempted.

You can provide our staff your login info when you drop off the goods, or by email once you have your ticket number – alternately you may wish to remove any login passwords while the device is being serviced.
