For about 2 hours my system wouldn't power on, which totally frustrated me big time. But my frustrations were changed to joy when our man Paul was doing his very best to help me out. Keep in mind this was at 1030pm on new years eve!!! Yet he was devoted to getting this sorted. It turns out, one of the power bottons had popped of the motherboard during courier. Once that was fixed it was all go. Can't thank Paul enough, especially when you guys were closed for the year. Paul is an asset to your team. His dedication to his customers needs to be celebrated!!

I had been super stressed out with a build not working, had a few friends take a look but none of us could fix it. I was sure the wiring was just dodgy, but didn't have the time or mental capacity to deal with it myself. So I bit the bullet and brought my pc in to PlayTech for a professional diagnosis. Not only were their technicians able to diagnose the wiring issue, they fixed it. They fixed everything. Every single tiny issue in my pc is gone!!! I've had this build in this same case for 7 or 8 years through a LOT of moving. It was missing screws, had some damaged USB ports, and was missing a back slot cover. I hardly mentioned these issues to Playtech only mentioning that there was an internal issue and yet the PC handed back to me is immaculate. Everything is repaired and all the new chassis pieces were obviously chosen with care to match the originals as closely as possible. I have a feeling there are even more minute fixes that I don't even know about (the pc was picked up on my behalf so I couldn't ask lol). There was no extra charge for these extra repairs!! Playtech, I probably won't be seeing you for a while with such a perfect PC, but should an issue that I cannot fix myself ever arise again you will be my immediate choice.

You guys clearly go above and beyond in supplying the best technology at the best rates in New-Zealand. The PC is exactly as advertised and more. Clean, crisp and completely powerful compared to my old set up. The designer of the Vanguard PC designed it excellently, all components work very well together. The assembler also did a magnificent job with the wiring and organizing the inner physical parts of the PC. The customer service team that I dealt with were also completely top notch. What an absolutely unit and a beast of a PC and what an absolutely smashing team. 100/100 marks. Excellence with triple merit my dudes.
