As most of you will probably be aware, New Zealand is now moving into a "traffic light" style protection framework, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This means that a lot of businesses are now preparing to open their doors back up to customers for retail shopping - However, Playtech will not be one of them.

We've made no secret of the fact that we've been transitioning to an online only model for the past couple of years, but the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to accelerate our plans towards this new way of doing business

Throughout the previous year in particular we've really hit our stride and we're happy to say that we've never been in a better position to make this leap - we've found that by digging deep and narrowing our focus we've been able to achieve a level of success that would've been unthinkable to us just a couple of years ago.

From December the 3rd onwards - as we move to this new framework, we'd like you all to think of us as an Online store.
We're still the same team behind the scenes - and we don't wish to cut off any of the great "in-person" relationships we've built over the years, so we will be offering in-person consultations where you can visit us here at Playtech HQ and work through a Custom quote or similar with a member of our team.

Obviously we'll still have click & collect for online orders, but we feel that instead of waiting in line to talk to someone at the store (where there's always a million different things happening and other customers are coming and going) We'll be able to serve you better if we just arrange a time to sit down, have a coffee and have a chat about building you the best gaming system for your needs and budget.

Splashing out on a new PC isn't a decision to be taken lightly, so we're happy to put aside some time to walk you through it!
