Yes you can, once you've placed a click and collect order - simply wait for the pick-up confirmation email, then come and visit us between 1pm and 3pm Weekdays.
We offer courier delivery for rural and non-rural addresses, and bulk freight shipment for large orders (chairs, desks, etc)
As of 2020 we no longer offer phone support.
No. unless we have explicitly stated it, we are closed on public holidays and will process and ship orders on the next available working day.
On a product page there is a stock indicator above the price, if it's green and says "in stock at playtech" then it is available in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. If the icon is blue and says "can order from supplier" it means the product is available through an NZ supplier, but it might take a couple days extra to arrive. If the icon is red and says "out of stock" this means that it is sold out at playtech AND our suppliers and is not available for order.
