Payment method

Unless a prior agreement has been made with PLAYTECH, goods will not be shipped until FULL PAYMENT is received. Below are the acceptable payment methods and their condition of use.
 

Cash & EFTPOS

Only be used at our Head Office Showroom in Albany for pickup of goods anytime during our normal office hours. DO NOT SEND CASH OVER THE MAIL TO PLAYTECH.

Cheque

We accept personal cheque, company cheque, and bank cheque as a method of payment. Please write cheque out to and send to :

The goods is send out or available to pick up once the cheque is cleared by our bank (ie clear funds in our account), this may take from 5 to 10 working days. Exception is Bank Cheque where it is already pre-approved by your bank and goods can be dispatched immediately. Payment with cheque also requires an official government issued photo ID to be presented and a handling fee of 2% of the total purchase value added to the final invoice

Credit Card payment is accepted on our website. Just fill up the online credit card payment form then our system will process your order. Warranty and Terms & Conditions

PLAYTECH take pride in looking after the customer after the goods is sold to them. For a start PLAYTECH has its own service center with trained technicians located in its Albany Showroom, ready to see you in person or take your calls and email on any problems regarding the products that you have purchased from us. We also created an 24 hours a day, 7 days a week an online Support and RMA service shown below. Please fill in all the details required by us regarding the product that you are having trouble with, and our Warranty and Service department will be in contact with you shortly to rectify the problem.

All the goods sold by PLAYTECH carries a standard One Year Back to Base (BTB) Warranty unless otherwise specified on the goods description. The Freight Charge for send back to PLAYTECH the goods if needs to be is to be paid by the customer. If the product is covered under Manufacturer Warranty please get in contact with the Manufacturer directly with the information provided on the goods’ Invoice for the quickest response, otherwise please follow the standard PLAYTECH Support and RMA procedure and we can help you to contact the manufacturer as well. However this may take longer depending on the Supplier’s policy.
