Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I receive my PC?

The average turn around for a custom system is approximately 3-4 days.

If there are any significant delays or stock shortages whilst building your system we'll be in touch ASAP!

Can I use a different case?

If you select "Other case in shopping cart" then add another case from our inventory to your order, we'll assemble your PC in the case you've selected.

This also applies to cases that we've custom printed for you using our "Custom Case" Page.

When using a custom case, please make sure to select the right for factor (M-ATX or ATX) to match your component choice.

What happens if I don't order a copy of Windows?

If you don't wish to purchase a copy of Microsoft Windows then select "Operating System Not Required" in the Operating System section.

If this option is selected we will not install an operating system and the PC will be provided to you with all the hardware assembled and ready for you to install and activate your own OS of choice.
