This is where we will post the most up to date information about how we are operating under the COVID-19 Traffic light system, and how it affects our service during these times.

Under the "Red Light" Status, Playtech will continue to operate as an online store (as per usual) - Click and Collect is still available for local customers.
We ask that you please observe social distancing, wear a face covering and scan in when you arrive to collect your order.


Please note, we are not a "retail store" and do not offer in-store browsing or shopping - as such our customer experience remains fairly consistent through traffic light levels.
Customers are welcome to place online orders and then collect from our Albany warehouse - however we ask that you please wait until receiving both the order confirmation AND a notification that your order is ready for pick up.

Check back often as changes are likely.



SHIPPING STATUS
Due to increased demand on courier services we have been advised by our courier service that there may be some delays in delivering orders. We thank NZ Post for their commitment to keeping kiwis connected, and we'd also like to thank our customers for their patience during this time. You can view their statement here. 

CLICK & COLLECT
Click & collect will be available between 1pm-4pm weekdays and 1pm-4pm Saturdays.

Please give us at least 1 hour to process your order for same day collection, and keep in mind that only fully paid and processed orders will be eligible for pickup.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT
We are open for drop off between 1PM and 4PM on Weekdays.
Please note that we require you to lodge a support ticket before dropping off your items. Drop off items that do not have a support ticket lodged will be refused. Click here to open a support ticket.

SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS
COVID-19 has massively disrupted the global supply chain, which was already struggling with the global chip shortage - so if you're looking at a product and you're afraid it might sell out - PLACE AN ORDER NOW, as it is extremely likely that restocking will be slower than usual.
