OCTOBER UPDATE: NZPost have advised us of some ongoing delivery delays, particularly within the Auckland area. You can view their statement here. We're doing our best to ship all qualifying orders as priority and evening delivery - but due to reduced capacity there may still be some delays. If you're Auckland based and need your order ASAP we recommend you take advantage of our contactless click & collect system (available weekdays and Saturdays.)

Dear Playtech Customers
We are absolutely devastated to hear that there is still a threat of COVID-19 in our community, but we'd also like to assure you that during the previous lock-down we have developed a sound working practice based on the government's recommendations which involves: minimal staff on location, alternating non-overlapping shifts, meticulous hygiene practices, contact-less pickup and delivery when required and clear and frequent communication with management and our offsite team.
Due to increased demand on courier services we have been advised by our courier service that there may be some delays in delivering orders. We thank NZ Post for their commitment to keeping kiwis connected, and we'd also like to thank our customers for their patience during this time.
CLICK & COLLECT
Under Level 3, limited contact-less click & collect will be available between 1pm-4pm weekdays and 2pm-4pm Saturdays.
Please give us at least 1 hour to process your order for same day collection, and keep in mind that only fully paid and processed orders will be eligible for pickup.
Under Level 2 & 3 we will be offering contact-less drop off between 1PM and 4PM on Weekdays.
Please note that we require you to lodge a support ticket before dropping off your items. Drop off items that do not have a support ticket lodged will be refused. Click here to open a support ticket.
Now, as we said last time - we don't yet know how this will affect our supply chain, so if you're looking at a product and you're afraid it might sell out - PLACE AN ORDER NOW, as there is likely to be logistics disruptions that may mean restocking is slower than usual! We can't stress this enough!
