Improving upon last year’s Zen 2-based Ryzen 3000 desktop architecture the 5000 series is still using the 7nm process but this time offers a near 20% increase in IPC (Instructions per cycle). The Ryzen 5000 series includes four different processors: Ryzen 5 5600X ($528), Ryzen 7 5800X ($779), Ryzen 9 5900X ($959), and its flagship the amazing Ryzen 9 5950X ($1389).
Although stock is almost impossible to get hold of at the moment, we'll let you all know as soon as we've got it. This Xmas is shaping up to be a monster for AMD, so if you're in the market for a new system or an upgrade, these will be a great option.
